Service and Robotics Integration

Most of our competition offers robotics, materials, and packaging equipment, but cannot provide technical service to support those items. It has been a trademark of River City Products, since our inception in 1993, to provide high quality service technicians to our customers.

River City Products Packaging, is an official FANUC, ABB, and Yaskawa authorized system integrator (ASI) for robotics with decades of experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting automation systems.

We offer same-day service for “priority customers” as well as complimentary service for preventative maintenance calls and any short-term service calls.
